Anyway, thank you all so much for participating! I'll probably do judging (along with my friend Iffy and probably my mom, don't worry, ultimate decisions are up to me, I just need their opinion xD) either tomorrow or Thursday! <3 I'll keep you guys updated til then!

I have a few extra points and I've been wanting to do a contest forever! That and I just finished fine-tuning my main OC's design~. :dummy:

:star: The character you get to draw for this contest is Pallei. Here is a basic ref sheet and some info (basically a trimmed-down version of her current bio) on her. be sure to read it, as accurately portraying her will get you big points!  = 7 =


Name: Pallei Avaliese
Species: Human
Age: 16
Height: 5'4" (162 cm.)
Weight: 107 lbs. (48.5 kg.)

Pallei is, in short, a rebellious but somewhat silly tomboy. Being the bold person she is, her mannerisms and speech sometimes come across as being rather profane, and she is usually more than happy to express an opinion if something is getting on her nerves. She seems to pay very little attention to others unless they strike her as extremely interesting, but she will do anything for the few people she calls her friends.
She can be quite the tsundere (If you don't know what tsundere means, I highly recommend reading this > en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsundere OwOb), and seems to hate romance, closeness to people in general.
She was born into a noble family in a culture in which the people are all capable of performing magic. When it was discovered that Pallei had no magical abilities of her own, she was ostracized by everyone in the community, including her parents; this has caused her to become slightly cold and un-trusting towards most people.

She likes to think that she's pretty serious about things, but she honestly just loves pointless adventures and goofing around, and is actually quite silly, though she tries to hide that fact from others.

:star:OTHER THINGS YOU CAN ADD IN YOUR ENTRY:

-If you're going to draw background/scenes and such, she comes from a sort of fantasy-themed world, but with a modern/futuristic look to it.
-She prefers being outdoors to indoors.
-She hates flowers so try to stay away from those. e w e
-Since she can't use magic, she tried teaching herself how to use a sword. She's very fond of simple and lightweight weapons, so you can draw her with one if you'd like.
-While she tends to keep quiet about it, she loves both chocolate pudding and root beer with a burning passion. I really want some entries with her eating/drinking one of those! > 7 <
-I didn't draw her with it, but she occasionally wears a yellow bow in her hair. You can also draw that on her if you'd like!
- If, for any reason, you wanna add your own characters into your entry, feel free too~ just keep in mind Pallei's personality and such when you're making them interact.

:star: TIPS:

:bulletblue: Her skin looks a bit light in the reference, but make sure you take into account still-- her skin is supposed to be lightly tan.

:bulletblue: Her personality is really important and probably the main key to drawing her in a way I'll like~ she's not shy, she's just not that fond of most people. And despite her cute appearance, she's not super girly.

:bulletblue: I'm not judging entirely on art skill, quality, or style (those this has to count for something), I'll be judging on how accurately and creatively you draw her!

:bulletgreen: You can enter as many times as you'd like (but you can only win one prize)
:bulletgreen: Digital, traditional, and any other media will be accepted-- mostly. If you're not sure, ask (before you make your entry e u e)
:bulletgreen: You can also do animations and pixel art (no 50x50 icons)
:bulletgreen: You can draw full body (preferred, but doesn't necessarily mean you have better odds than anyone else ouo"), half body, or chibi. Just more than just the head!
:bulletgreen: This isn't absolutely necessary, but I'd really appreciate it if you made a journal or poll about the contest!
:bulletgreen: Also, you don't have to be a watcher to enter, but I recommend watching me at least until the contest ends since I'll probably be updating the contest info a lot.

:bulletred: I know I said I'd accept all media, but please no pixel icons (pixel art such as animations or pixel dolls are fine though, as long as they're bigger than 50x50 pixels!) or literature-- I just don't see how I'd judge those against the other entries.
